MRH Special Scope Assessment is the paid review path for customers who want MRH Core but already know their situation does not fit the standard lane cleanly. Instead of asking Lovixia to spend hours quoting unusual requests for free, this paid assessment collects the details needed to review the situation properly and return a customization quote, recommendation, or next-step path.
What this includes
- Review of your uploaded files, notes, and special-case details
- Evaluation of whether the request fits a limited MRH Core customization lane
- A customization quote, recommendation, or next-step response based on actual review work
What you provide
- MRH Core purchase
- A clear explanation of the nonstandard situation
- Relevant files, screenshots, examples, or source data needed for review
- A specific description of the outcome you want
Who this is for
This service is for customers who already know their MRH Core situation needs review before anyone can quote the work responsibly. It may fit limited requests such as unusual inventory naming formats, role or title differences, or other special situations that require review before scope and pricing can be determined.
What this is not
- Not a standalone product path. MRH Core is required.
- Not free quoting for custom work
- Not a promise that every request will be accepted
- Not the lane for rewriting the entire MRH workbook
- Not intended for SOP Package or Train the Team Toolkit
Some requests may be scoped. Some may be redirected to a standard path. Others may fall outside what Lovixia offers. If your needs fit the normal implementation lane, the better path may be MRH Guided Launch or MRH Full Implementation.
After purchase
After purchase, Lovixia will send your onboarding email, order summary, and service intake folder. You will upload the required information, and then the assessment review begins. If the request is approved for customization, the customization work is quoted separately.
System notes
MRH runs in Microsoft Excel for Windows desktop with macros enabled. If you plan to use the built-in email automation features, Outlook desktop is also recommended. See Microsoft’s macro guidance for setup details.
