Refund Policy
Effective date: March 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Lovixia Dynamic Solutions (“Lovixia”, “we”, “us”) via lovixia.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy, plus the policies listed below, each of which is incorporated by reference:

1) Digital products and electronically delivered materials

Digital products and electronically delivered materials include MRH workbooks, templates, documentation packages, training materials, and other files or materials delivered electronically.

  • All digital sales are final once the product, file, license, or electronically delivered material has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
  • Cancellation window (limited): If you purchased by mistake and no file, license, or delivery access has been provided, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If delivery or access has occurred, the sale is final.
  • If you experience a duplicate charge or billing error, we will correct it.
  • If a delivered digital product is not delivered or is materially defective on a supported setup, contact us. We will provide a fix, workaround, or replacement. If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.

2) Paid services

Paid services include Guided Launch, Full Implementation, MRH Special Scope Assessment, MRH Advisory Sessions, branding services, approved customization work, and other scoped service work.

  • Live sessions: Scheduling, rescheduling, and no-show rules are governed by the Terms of Sale & Services.
  • MRH Special Scope Assessment: This is a paid review deliverable. Once work has started or the review deliverable has been provided, it is not refundable.
  • Advisory Sessions: Once a session has been delivered, missed under the scheduling rules, or otherwise treated as delivered under the Terms of Sale & Services, it is not refundable.
  • Scoped services: If a service has been delivered in whole or in part, refunds are not provided for delivered work.
  • Reserved time and scheduling: If time has been reserved, scheduled, or committed for paid work, refunds may be limited even if the full scope is not yet complete.

3) What we do not refund

  • Change of mind after receiving or accessing a digital product or electronically delivered material
  • Incompatibility with unsupported environments, including Mac, Excel mobile app, Excel for web, or locked-down environments that block macros or VBA
  • Out-of-scope expectations not included in the product or service description
  • Issues caused by customer modifications, third-party modifications, unsupported integrations, or nonstandard environments
  • Work delayed or limited because required customer inputs were not provided on time

4) How to request help

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the issue involves a file, setup, or compatibility problem, include screenshots and your Excel version for Windows.

5) Conflicts

If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and another policy for a specific product or service, the more specific policy controls for that product or service.
