MRH Full Implementation is the done-for-you service path for teams that want Lovixia to handle the standard implementation work after the customer uploads organized data. This service is used with MRH Core and is built for customers who want a cleaner, faster path to launch without managing the full rollout internally.

• Review, handoff, and implementation support as the project moves forward
• Train the Team Toolkit included

• Organized source data in the agreed format
• Implementation decisions, clarifications, and review feedback
• Timely responses so the project can move forward cleanly

Who this is for

This service is for teams that want the standard implementation work handled for them instead of managing the full rollout internally. It works best when your parts, vendors, inventory, customers, and other required data are already organized and ready to upload.

What this is not

• Not a standalone product path. MRH Core is required.
• Not the lane for unusual workflows, nonstandard role structures, or custom process design
• Not a substitute for organized source data

Typical timeline

45 to 60 days, depending on customer readiness, upload quality, decision speed, and review timing.

After purchase

After purchase, Lovixia will send your onboarding email, order summary, and service intake folder. You will upload the required files, and then the implementation work begins.

System notes

MRH runs in Microsoft Excel for Windows desktop with macros enabled. If you plan to use the built-in email automation features, Outlook desktop is also recommended. See Microsoft’s macro guidance for setup details.
