MRH Train-the-Team Toolkit is the training add-on for teams using MRH Core. It gives you structured materials and video guidance so your team can learn the system with more consistency, less confusion, and fewer “who was supposed to do that?” moments.
This toolkit is designed for internal rollout and adoption. Instead of relying on scattered notes or repeated one-off explanations, your team gets a cleaner training path that supports role clarity, process understanding, and day-to-day use.
What this includes
- Train-the-Team toolkit materials for customer use
- Structured training documents for internal rollout
- Video library support for guided learning
- Materials built to support role-based training and adoption
What this is for
- Training your team after purchasing MRH Core
- Creating a more consistent internal onboarding experience
- Supporting role clarity and process adoption
- Reducing repeated manual explanation from the same few people
What this is not
- Not a standalone product path. MRH Core is required.
- Not a live Training + Q&A service
- Not a custom training development package
- Not a substitute for unusual workflow customization
If you need a nonstandard MRH Core review path before customization can be quoted, the better fit is MRH Special Scope Assessment. If you want more implementation support around the system itself, see MRH Guided Launch or MRH Full Implementation.
Who this fits best
This add-on is a strong fit for teams that want the software and the training support together. It works especially well for businesses that need a more professional internal rollout, want to reduce confusion across roles, or want reusable materials instead of answering the same training questions over and over again.
After purchase
After purchase, Lovixia will deliver the Train-the-Team Toolkit materials through your normal customer delivery folder. If your order includes implementation services, the toolkit can be delivered as part of that service flow as well.
System notes
MRH runs in Microsoft Excel for Windows desktop with macros enabled. If you plan to use the built-in email automation features, Outlook desktop is also recommended. See Microsoft’s macro guidance for setup details.
