MRH Guided Launch is the done-with-you service path for teams that want more structure, review, and rollout support without handing the full implementation off. This service is used with MRH Core and is built for customers who want guidance, accountability, and a clearer launch path while still doing the work internally.
What this includes
- Guided rollout support for the standard MRH Core
- Review of uploads, readiness, and next steps
- Support from a fixed pool of launch hours
- Train the Team Toolkit included
What you provide
- MRH Core purchase
- One point person for communication and decisions
- Customer uploads, setup work, and rollout follow-through
- Timely responses so support hours stay focused and useful
Who this is for
This service is for teams that want more help than the DIY route but still want to stay actively involved in the rollout. It works best when your team wants guided structure, clearer next steps, and more confidence during launch without turning the project into a fully outsourced implementation.
What this is not
- Not a standalone product path. MRH Core is required.
- Not a done-for-you implementation
- Not unlimited support disguised as a launch package
- Not the lane for unusual workflows, nonstandard role structures, or custom process design
If your request falls outside the standard launch lane, the better fit is MRH Special Scope Assessment.
Typical timeline
30 days, depending on customer readiness, upload quality, decision speed, and how steadily the team moves through the rollout work.
After purchase
After purchase, Lovixia will send your onboarding email, order summary, and guided launch service folder. Your team will upload the required files, and then the guided rollout support begins.
System notes
MRH runs in Microsoft Excel for Windows desktop with macros enabled. If you plan to use the built-in email automation features, Outlook desktop is also recommended. See Microsoft’s macro guidance for setup details.
