These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Lovixia Dynamic Solutions (“Lovixia”, “we”, “us”) through lovixia.com and your use of the site.
By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms, plus the policies listed below, each of which is incorporated by reference:
If these Terms conflict with a product-specific policy, service-specific policy, or other incorporated policy, the more specific policy controls for that product, service, or situation.
1) What you are buying
We sell digital products, including MRH and related downloadable or electronically delivered materials, as well as paid services including implementation support, training, documentation packages, branding services, advisory sessions, special-scope review, and approved customization work.
2) One-company license
Unless your order says otherwise, MRH is licensed to one legal entity (one company) for internal use, subject to the EULA / License Terms.
3) Compatibility / macros
MRH requires Microsoft Excel for Windows (desktop) with macros enabled. MRH is not supported on Mac, Excel mobile app, or Excel for web. You are responsible for ensuring macros, VBA, and related functionality are permitted by your IT and security policies.
4) No regulatory or QMS consulting
We provide workflow tools, training materials, documentation templates, and related services as described in the purchased scope. We do not act as your quality management system and do not provide regulatory compliance consulting. You remain responsible for your final procedures, approvals, internal controls, and compliance obligations.
5) Support boundary for modifications
If you or a third party modifies MRH, its VBA, or related delivered materials, support may be limited to the unmodified version, and we are not responsible for defects, conflicts, or data issues introduced by those changes.
6) Payments and access
Digital products are delivered electronically. Service delivery, scheduling, and timing are defined by the applicable product description, invoice, scope statement, or Terms of Sale & Services.
7) Website and purchase use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products, materials, or services in violation of the applicable license or governing policies.
8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products and services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
