Trademark + Compatibility Notice
Effective date: March 4, 2026

This notice applies to MRH (Material Resource Hub) and related digital materials sold by Lovixia Dynamic Solutions (“Lovixia”, “we”, “us”).

Compatibility
MRH requires Microsoft Excel for Windows (desktop) with macros enabled. MRH is not supported on Mac, Excel mobile app, or Excel for web. Customer is responsible for ensuring macros/VBA are permitted by their device and/or IT security policies.

MRH process automation requires Outlook Classic desktop. Outlook web, new Outlook, and other non-desktop email environments are not supported for those functions. Customer is responsible for ensuring any required desktop applications are properly licensed and installed.

Microsoft and Excel are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. MRH is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

Operational responsibility
MRH is an operations tool. Customer is responsible for verifying outputs, maintaining backups, and validating workflows for their environment.

No safety-critical use
MRH is not intended for life-sustaining or safety-critical applications.
