MRH (Material Resource Hub)

Stop running operations out of messy spreadsheets.

MRH is an Excel purchasing and inventory system for small teams that need purchasing, receiving, incoming QC, inventory control, traceability, and work order visibility without taking on ERP cost or ERP complexity.

Windows Excel (desktop) required. Not supported on Mac, Excel mobile app, or Excel for web. Delivery includes an onboarding packet, secure download link, and license details within 1 business day.

Why MRH exists

MRH exists because operational chaos gets expensive fast.

It started as spreadsheets that worked, until the mistakes, delays, rework, and missing details started costing real time and real money. Therefore, MRH was built to give small teams a more controlled way to run purchasing, receiving, inventory, and traceability in Excel.

Built for a small team scaling into real operations, MRH was refined in the trenches to reduce avoidable mistakes, tighten control, and make traceability the default. Meanwhile, it keeps the cost and complexity far below a traditional ERP.

Built for real-world ops. As a result, it reduces errors, rework, and “where did that go?” moments.

No subscription ERP overhead. Instead, it runs locally in Excel for teams that need control without another bloated system.

Traceability-first mindset. So accountability is built in from the start.
